| | | David H. Francisco Position: Non-Executive Chairman of the Board

Mr. Francisco was formerly with Newmont Mining Corporation where he was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations and a member of Newmont's Executive Committee. Mr. Francisco joined Newmont in 1995 as Vice President -- International Operations and subsequently managed mining and capital development in Uzbekistan, Peru and Indonesia. He became Executive Vice President -- Worldwide Operations for Newmont in 2002 and provided executive oversight and direction to a number of significant capital projects including the development of the Batu Hijau Mine in Indonesia (the largest startup mine in history), the La Quinoa Mine in Peru, and the Ahafo Project in Ghana. Previous to Newmont, Mr. Francisco was Executive Vice President and General Manager for Freeport Copper and Gold. During his tenure at Freeport, he guided the development of three underground mines and the development of the World's largest copper and gold mine, the Grasberg. Mr. Francisco holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geologic Engineering from the University of Arizona.

| | | Robert L. Dumont Position: President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Dumont was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Mining Company. Prior to Atlas, Mr. Dumont was Executive Vice President, Business Strategies and Development and Acting Chief Financial Officer at General Moly Inc. where he was instrumental in raising more than $70 million for the acquisition and development of General Moly's two world-class molybdenum projects in Nevada. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Dumont was the managing partner of Atmos Management Group, which specialized in strategic and financial business management. From 1996 the 1998, Mr. Dumont was the managing partner of Dumont Partners, a private investment partnership based in Greenwich, Connecticut. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Dumont was an equity portfolio manager at Morgens, Waterfall, Vintiadis & Company, Inc., a private investment partnership based in New York. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Dumont was head of strategic investments for Whitehead Associates, a private investment group focused on public and private investments, based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Prior to Whitehead Associates, Mr. Dumont was employed as senior equity portfolio manager for the Selzer Group, New York, a merchant-banking firm. Prior to Selzer, Mr. Dumont served as minerals and economic analyst for Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. Mr. Dumont holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Idaho. Mr. Dumont is a member of the Board of Directors.

| | | Tim B. Acton Position: Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Acton has over 35 years of hardrock metal mining experience in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Indonesia, Central Asia, and Russia. Most recently, Mr. Acton spent ten years at Newmont Mining Corporation. His responsibilities included operations startup of a 40,000 ton per day (tpd) crushing and heap leaching gold operation in Zarafshan, Uzbekistan; Director of Operations during engineering, construction and operations startup of the 120,000 tpd Batu Hijau open pit and concentrating copper/gold project in Indonesia; Director of Business Development for Central Asia and Russia; Operations Manager of mining in Australia; Director of Operations and Business Development for Canada and Mexico; and Senior Manager for underground operations in Nevada. Prior to Newmont, Mr. Acton was Senior Vice President -- Operations for Freeport Copper and Gold in Indonesia where he was instrumental in expanding production at the Ertsberg/Grasberg mining complex from 20,000 to 100,000 tpd from several underground and surface mines. Mr. Acton began his career at Magma Copper Company at their 60,000 tpd underground copper mine in San Manuel, Arizona. Mr. Acton holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Arizona. Mr. Acton is a member of the Board of Directors.

| | | Rodolfo "Mike" Michels Position: Vice President, Brazil Operations

Mr. Michels has over 40 years of International mining experience in finance, commercial management, project accounting, and project controls. Mr. Michels spent the last 12 years at Newmont Mining where he held various positions in Peru, Australia, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, and the United States. While at Newmont, Mr. Michels established the Project Accounting Department as a corporate service group to provide adequate project controls and financial reporting on all major capital projects. Mr. Michels defined and successfully implemented standardized processes and project controls for major capital projects worldwide. Mr. Michels provided oversight on all operating site financial reporting and compliance with corporate policies and procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley legislation. He directly participated in establishing the operations and project accounting functions for a 500,000 gold oz. per year project in Ghana. As Director of Administration and Business Manager for Minera Yanacocha, Cajamarca, Peru, a 3 million gold oz. per year mining operation owned 51% by Newmont, Mr. Michels directed the Financial Accounting, Business Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Information Systems, and Continuous Improvement departments. He also provided oversight to the Engineering and Construction group in the execution of annual capital expansion projects averaging $200 million per year. Mr. Michels managed Accounting, Human Resources, Information Systems, and Procurement and Logistics for Newmont at the Zarafshan/Newmont Joint Venture in Uzbekistan. Mr. Michels was Chief Accountant at the Camorra Project in Venezuela and has held Controller, Project Accounting and Project Management positions in China, South America, Indonesia, Australia, and North America.

| | | Nathan M. Longenecker Position: Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary

Mr. Longenecker is a founding partner of Temkin, Wielga, Hardt & Longenecker LLP, a Denver, Colorado based law firm with particular expertise in representing clients in the natural resource industry in both domestic and international matters. Mr. Longenecker grew up in Edmonton, Canada. He received his undergraduate degree from Colorado College in 1990 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1994 where he was a member of the Order of Coif and the San Diego Law Review. He is a member of the Bar of the Courts of Colorado and the Ninth Circuit and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Prior to co-founding Temkin, Wielga, Hardt & Longenecker LLP in 1999, Mr. Longenecker practiced law at the national law firms of Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Ballard, Spar, Andrews & Ingersoll LLP.

| | | Lyle R. Durham Position: Vice President - Investor Relations

Prior to International Gold Resources, Inc., Mr. Durham was instrumental in procuring investment for three small startup companies. He was responsible for business development in pre-IPO markets and structuring and negotiating a number of mergers and acquisitions beneficial to shareholders. Mr. Durham has held senior management positions in the commercialization of several global innovations in the healthcare industry. While working in the sun care industry over the past several years, Mr. Durham developed and commercialized the first specific UVB monitoring device, enabling people to gauge UVB radiation exposure from the sun. Mr. Durham is a member of the Board of Directors.

| | | Lawrence T. Kurlander Position: Advisor to Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kurlander is a Consultant to International Gold Resources, Inc. (IGR) as a Partner of Worldwide Mining Consultants. Worldwide Mining Consultants have been engaged to provide mining industry expertise and fund raising capability to IGR. Mr. Kurlander was formerly Chief Administrative Officer for Newmont Mining Corporation where he was responsible for Human Resources, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Public Affairs and Communications, Real Estate, Logistics, Security, and served on the Executive Committee. While at Newmont, Mr. Kurlander led the integration of employees into Newmont from recently acquired companies and oversaw growth in the employee base from 3,000 to 13,000 worldwide. He established the internal audit and logistics department, provided executive oversight for the Gold Medal Program and worked with governments around the world on behalf of Newmont. The Republic of Uzbekistan named him its First Honorary Counsel General in the U.S., a position he still holds today. Earlier in his career, he served as New York State's first Director of Criminal Justice, responsible for overseeing for the Governor the criminal justice and law enforcement agencies and managing an annual operating budget of $1.5 billion and an annual capital budget of $2 billion. Thereafter, and before joining Newmont, he served as a senior executive at American Express and RJR Nabisco.

| | | W. D. "Randy" Eppler Position: Advisor to Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Eppler is a Consultant to International Gold Resources, Inc. as a Partner of Sierra Partners LLC. Sierra Partners has been engaged as IGR's non-exclusive Financial Advisors. Sierra Partners will assist IGR with the development of its financial and strategic plans and business alternatives, conduct an outreach program to contact and engage potential investors and strategic partners, and provide transactional support to management. Mr. Eppler founded Sierra Partners in 2004. Mr. Eppler has over 30 years of diversified business leadership experience in finance, exploration, production and marketing of mineral resources worldwide. Prior to forming Sierra Partners, Mr. Eppler was Vice President of Newmont Mining Corporation from 1995 to 2004, the world's second largest gold producer, following a 20 year career in commercial and investment banking, focused on the mineral industry.

| | | John Gaensbauer Position: Advisor to Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gaensbauer is a Consultant to International Gold Resources, Inc. as a partner of Sierra Partners LLC. Mr. Gaensbauer has an extensive background in international mining and natural resources transactions and finance. Prior to joining sierra Partners, Mr. Gaensbauer served as Group Executive, Investor Relations for Newmont, where he was responsible for the development and coordination of Newmont's global investor relations strategy. Prior to that, Mr. Gaensbauer served as in-house counsel to Newmont, managing legal affairs and transactions for Newmont's West African, Central Asian and European operations.
